Customer Responsibilities

Customers are also responsible for reviewing estimates, invoices, assumptions, exclusions, and project-specific terms before authorizing work.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Pricing may change if the project scope changes, if concealed or unknown conditions are discovered, if customer-supplied information is incomplete or inaccurate, or if additional work is requested.
Any additional work, changes, or repairs outside the approved scope may be quoted and billed separately.
Payments
Payment terms will be stated on the applicable estimate, invoice, or project communication. Payment may be required upon completion, by milestone, or according to the terms listed on the invoice.
Late payments, returned payments, or additional processing fees may be handled according to the terms stated on the applicable invoice or written agreement.
Cancellations and Scheduling
Scheduling is subject to availability, weather, material availability, site access, and other factors that may affect completion of the work. Robinwood Handyworks will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduling changes promptly.
Customers should provide reasonable notice if an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled.
